Turning Complex Technology Into Clear Infographics

Verizon needed a way to demystify the intricate features of its enterprise technology products for business customers. I led the creative strategy behind a motion design and infographics approach that made these advanced capabilities understandable and actionable.

Rather than relying on dense technical language, we developed a visual system anchored in clean, animated infographics and clear information hierarchy. Each explainer video distilled abstract topics—like network security, IoT integration, and data management—into stories that blended clarity, credibility, and brand consistency.

By aligning the visual narrative with Verizon’s larger messaging strategy, the project not only improved product comprehension but also strengthened customer confidence in Verizon’s technology leadership. The success of the initial pilot video led Verizon to expand the program into a twelve-part series, demonstrating the power of thoughtful information design to drive engagement and understanding.
