Building a Scalable Visual Identity for a Multi-Series Franchise

Charged with unifying a franchise of unscripted series under The Impact banner, I led the creation of a flexible, on-air graphics system designed to serve multiple city-based editions — from Atlanta to New York and future rollouts. The system needed to be both cohesive and adaptable: instantly recognizable across the franchise while allowing each locale to infuse its own regional tone, pace, and energy. Through bold typography, vibrant color strategies, and modular motion design, we delivered a toolkit that elevated story and character while giving producers the creative freedom to localize the brand for each unique audience.
