Unify Disney/ABC/Hulu/Freeform’s advertiser-facing Upfront into one cohesive live experience—spanning stage screens, show opens, sizzles, speaker intros, lower thirds, and sponsor slates—while preserving each brand’s identity.
The System:
A modular live-event motion & show-graphics system with screen maps and pixel matrices, a codified motion language, templates/toolkits (opens, interstitials, titles, lower thirds), keynote deck styles, and clear governance (naming, codecs, color, frame rates, delivery specs) to keep rehearsal and show control smooth.
Outcomes:
A more coherent advertiser story, faster rehearsal iteration with fewer last-minute fixes, clean operator handoffs, and reusable assets for digital/social recaps and roadshow adaptations.

I’ve been repeatedly entrusted to develop live-event motion systems for Disney and ABC’s Upfronts. Formats evolve—screen arrays shift, priorities change, narratives update—but my role stays constant: understand the tech, set governance and delivery specs, and choreograph visuals that sync story with spectacle.
For 2023, I led a crossfunctional team that created a multi-screen graphics system bringing cohesion across stage content, broadcast, and streaming—codifying templates, timing rules, screen maps, and delivery specs so editorial, keynote, and playback teams could move quickly without drift.
